- HI Michael, I wasn't sure what was going on with the band and your teaching. I'll see Joel tomorrow and ask him how he feels about sitting in with the band and maybe we can give it a try. He's doing his best with the songs but they are a challenge. Right now he's got californication going pretty well, dani california is still a bit of a struggle and of course the green day is one he knows

- Hi Michael :) that's great! Joel is doing fine on it but he is going to be away till next week. then we'll be working for an hour for the next two weeks and should be set up to have a go with the band pretty quick after that.
I sure hope it goes well!!

- Hi Michael :) Joel's keen to get rolling as well but he only just got the music. He wants to start with Danny California. please take into account that he's been working on a Green Day song up till now... but hopefully after a bit of a run through this Tuesday we'll talk more about when he'll be ready to try it with the band.
