Hey Zeljko!.. I really love your photos, the students look so relaxed!.. you must have a good technique of teaching. Also interesting how you took up the bass originally. A fellow musician friend of mine who was a really good guitarist took up bass years ago because there wasn't any really good bass players around at the time, so he said. He went on to play on Beach Boys albums and studio work, also lots of tv stuff.
Good luck with everything!

Great pics Zeljko. Your students look like they are really enjoying it all too.
Hi everyone!
My name is Zeljko Zelle Glamocanin. I was born on 4th June 1969 and I have been in the music industry from early high school days (just like everyone else I assume :o)) . I have started as a guitar player in my first band and by a lot of unpredictable circumstance I have become a bass guitar player (at that time our bass guitar player went on a holiday even though we had a lot of agreed gigs at various places).

The agreement was that I only play those few gigs that were already agreed and after that I go back to being a guitar player… As it always turns out (in Hollywood blockbuster and obviously in my life as well) I have never returned the original instrument I have played… On that fateful summer of 1984, I fell in love and every day I keep falling in love more and more in my first and the only true love – BASS GIUTAR!

As it always turns out with people that work hard, enjoy what they are doing, results start to show up pretty fast…More and more people started to ask me to play with them, to record their songs in studios, to give them lessons etc…
Fender Precision, Fender Jazz Bass, Ibanez SG 1000, Westone, Yamaha TRB6 are guitars that I had.

Amps that I had are SWR, Marshall, Fender, Gallien Kruger, Trace Elliot, Hartke System…
At the moment I have Status 5 string bass, Spector NS Design Upright Bass, Godin 5 string fretlles and MTD 6 String Bass, Roland V Bass Virtual Processor, David Eden, Hartke System and Mark Bass Amps…
In a very near future the plan is to by Sadowsky 5 String Bass Guitar and 5 string Fender Jazz Bass the instruments that I like immensely …

I cannot count the number of live gigs that I have had… My sister is always saying to me:” If you’d saved a dollar from each gig you have done you’d be a very rich man now. Majority of my gigs were within Europe and Australia. I have started to work in recording studios seven years ago and on video production three years ago.

I currently live, work and play in Sydney. Every Friday night I play @ Burdekin Hotel (Oxford St) with my band – City Band.
I work @ G4 Guitar School and that’s one of the reasons why I have decided to create this website. By teaching bass guitar & guitar @ G4, I have realized that it is a heavenly job & I enjoy so much doing it.
With this website, I want to share all the experiences I had and to ease a path though what a lot o people have to go through. In other words-don’t make the mistakes I did.
This website will help you to play a bass guitar a lot quicker and easier. It will give you an opportunity to much quicker and with ease learn a lot of things for which I have to go through hadship, wasted a lot of time and use up a lot of my patient…Unfortnetely at that tiem there was no internet, video tutorials, or any other helping tools.

The Bass Players I respect, from which I have learned a lot and I’m still learning are Billy Sheehan, John Patitucci , Marcus Miller, Stuart Ham, Victor Lemonte Wooten, Jaco Pastorius, Steve Harris, Stuart Zender, etc.
